Here's the Gazpacho Soup recipe.
1/2 English pepper (peppino?) (without seeds/pips) Use the larger half (?!?!)
1 Green pepper (sweet)
1 Red pepper (sweet)
1 Small onion
6-7 Peeled Italian tomatoes (or half a tin)
Mix them all together in blender (mezclador), or food processor (prosecador)
until the mixture is a puree, but not liquid.
To the mixture:
3 large spoonfuls of olive oil
A teaspoonful of salt
Black pepper (to taste)
(He also uses a bit of "cayenne")
200 ml of tomato juice
Juice of one lime (or of 3/4 of a lime)
Mix together again, enough to combine. (?)
Put a bit more tomato juice if you want a more liquid Gazpacho.
Cool it in a glass container (not metal or plastic) until it is cold. (4
hours or the whole night)
Souper! Can someone tell me what it tastes like, I can't be bothered to
make it ;)
